Two types of sharpening for kitchen knives:
- Standard sharpening: Sharpening by restoring the edge of each knife with the appropriate angle for its use, finished with high-precision 1200-grit sharpening.
- Premium sharpening: The mirror finish is achieved using a leather belt and polishing compound. This type of sharpening is reserved for very hard steels.
- Fill out the form below, and you will receive a proposed appointment that matches the availability you provided as well as your geographical area.
- Most of the time, you will receive a confirmation within an hour if you filled out the form during our business hours.
- We offer our sharpening service from Monday to Friday. Our services are not available on weekends.
- We always honor our commitments within the agreed time slot during our communication.

Specializing in kitchen knife sharpening, we master the different angles required for various knife types and ensure a leather strop finish with polishing compound.
Among our clients are prestigious establishments such as Leméac restaurant in Outremont, the Ritz-Carlton in Montreal, as well as public figures like well-known television host Ricardo and Marilou, popular on social media, whom we have been serving monthly for several years.

OUR RATES:
No travel fees, $80 minimum purchase required. 10% off everything.
- Kitchen knives with standard sharpening: $9.50
- Kitchen knives with premium sharpening, finished on a leather strop with polishing compound: $2.50 per inch of blade length
- Gas or electric mower blade (we remove and reinstall the blade): $22
- Kitchen scissors: $8 to $12
All these rates are subject to reduction in case of large volume during our visit.
